Working with Purr City requires a short screening process. Apply here to begin the process at least a week prior to your potential booking. We will respond within one business day.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5pm

This is when Purr City responds to messages, booking requests and phone calls. If you need assistance during an active booking outside of office hours, someone will respond promptly during sitter visiting hours (9am-7pm):

Sitter Visiting Hours: All Days, 9am-7pm

• Morning Visits: Sitter will arrive between 9am and 11:30am.
• Evening Visits: Sitter will arrive between 4pm and 7pm.
• “Flexible” Visits: Sitter will arrive between 9am and 7pm at around the same time (+/- about an hour) every day.

Narrower time windows may be requested for cats with time-sensitive medical needs.

If you need visits outside of our regular visiting hours, let us know. We may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee.
