Rather than just stopping by to put food down, she actually spent time with Cleo, playing with her and doing little enrichment activities so she never felt alone while we were out. She was patient and attentive throughout, and even as Cleo got older and started slowing down, Rochelle kept finding ways to keep her engaged on every visit. She never failed to share thoughtful notes and photos that let us know exactly how Cleo had been doing.
